Problem
Setup outside email server

Solution
If you want to use your outside email server instead of ours, please follow these two steps.

a. Login to your Helm control panel. Go to Domains -> yourdomain.com -> Email Accounts (POP3) and remove all your email accounts.

b. Submit a technical support ticket with the following information.
* Domain name
* Email server IP address

We need to remove your domain from our email server. Otherwise your email local deliver cannot work.
